  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter (for glaze)
  • 1 cup granulated sugar (for glaze)
  • 1/4 cup water (for glaze)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract (for glaze)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease your Bundt pan or baking dish.
  2. Cream together the softened butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well before each addition; stir in vanilla extract.
  4. Mix in the mashed sweet potatoes until smooth.
