  • 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup corn syrup
  • 2 cups brown sugar (light or dark)
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 5 cups toppings (crushed nuts, chocolate, etc.)

Instructions

  1. Wash and dry the apples thoroughly, removing any wax coating. Insert sticks into each apple.
