  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 1/2 tsp Dijon mustard

  • 1 small carrot, sliced into rings
  • 6 black olives

Instructions

  1. Peel the hard-boiled eggs and slice a thin layer off the base of each egg for stability. Cut off the top third of each egg and carefully remove the yolks.
