  • Candy melts (pink, blue, purple, white)

Instructions

  1. In a stand mixer, cream butter and brown sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in vanilla extract.
  2. Gradually mix in flour until well combined.
  3. Slowly add sweetened condensed milk while mixing; scrape down sides as needed.
  4. Stir in mini chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
  5. Shape the dough into one-inch egg shapes and place on wax paper-lined pan. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight.
  6. Melt candy melts according to package instructions. Dip each egg-shaped truffle using a fork, tapping off excess chocolate, then let dry on wax paper.
