  • 5 cups popped popcorn
  • Hot pink candy melts
  • Easter-themed sprinkles
  • Easter-themed icing decorations

Instructions

  1. Melt 1 tbsp of butter in a microwave-safe bowl.
  2. Add 20 vegan marshmallows and mix until coated.
  3. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring until completely melted.
  4. Pour the mixture over 5 cups of popped popcorn in a greased baking dish and stir gently to coat evenly.
  5. Press into an even layer in the dish.
  6. Melt ¼ cup of hot pink candy melts with 1 tsp of vegetable shortening in the microwave.
  7. Drizzle over the popcorn mixture and add sprinkles and decorations.
  8. Chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes until set.
  9. Cut into squares and serve.
