  • 1 box white or yellow cake mix (13.25 oz)
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 8 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 large egg yolk
  • 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 58 M&Ms (for decoration)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the cake mix and flour.
  3. Add melted butter, egg, egg yolk, and vanilla extract; mix until a soft dough forms.
  4. Roll dough into balls about 1 inch in size, then roll each ball in sugar.
  5. Place on a baking sheet and bake for 12-14 minutes until edges are golden.
  6. Once slightly cooled, press the center of each cookie ball to create a cup shape.
  7. For the ganache, heat heavy cream until simmering; remove from heat and stir in white chocolate chips until smooth.
  8. Spoon ganache into each cookie cup and top with two M&Ms before cooling completely.
