  • ½ cup pistachio paste
  • 1 cup kataifi pastry (shredded)
  • 1 tbsp tahini
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • ½ tsp sea salt flakes (for sprinkling)
  • Edible gold leaf (optional)

Instructions

  1. Melt dark chocolate using a double boiler or microwave until smooth.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine pistachio paste, tahini, and honey; stir until well blended.
  3. Dip kataifi pastry portions into melted chocolate until fully coated.
  4. Place half of the coated kataifi on parchment paper as a base and add a dollop of pistachio filling on top.
  5. Cover with another portion of kataifi coated in chocolate to form a sandwich.
