  • 1 (28 oz) can crushed tomatoes
  • 1 (15.5 oz) can diced tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoons chili seasoning
  • 1 (15.5 oz) can dark red kidney beans (rinsed and drained)
  • 1 (15.5 oz) can light red kidney beans (rinsed and drained)

Instructions

  1. In a large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat, brown the ground beef with the diced onion until fully cooked, breaking the meat into small pieces.
  2. Stir in minced garlic and sauté for an additional minute.
  3. Transfer the meat mixture to your slow cooker.
  4. Add crushed tomatoes, diced tomatoes, and chili seasoning to the slow cooker; mix well.
  5. Incorporate the rinsed kidney beans into the mixture.
