  • 1 packet onion soup seasoning mix
  • 1/2 cup orange juice

  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon cold water

Instructions

  1. Place the unwrapped turkey breast in the slow cooker, keeping the netting intact. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine cranberry sauce, onion soup mix, and orange juice; pour over the turkey.
  3. Set the slow cooker to LOW heat and cook for 5-7 hours until the internal temperature reaches at least 165°F.
  4. Remove the turkey from the crock pot and keep warm under foil. Skim excess fat from the cooking liquid.
  5. To thicken gravy, bring cooking liquid to a boil in a saucepan, mix cornstarch with cold water, whisk into boiling liquid until thickened.
