  • 3 to 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 cans unsalted cream of chicken soup
  • 2 cups low-sodium chicken broth
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • 2 Tbsp melted butter
  • 1 can refrigerated biscuits

Instructions

  1. Spray a 6-quart slow cooker with nonstick cooking spray and season the chicken breasts with salt and black pepper.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the cream of chicken soup, onion powder, garlic powder, melted butter, and chicken broth. Pour this mixture over the seasoned chicken.
  3. Cover the slow cooker and cook on LOW for 5 hours.
  4. After cooking, shred the chicken and return it to the slow cooker.
  5. Cut each biscuit into eight pieces and sprinkle them over the chicken mixture.
  6. Cover again and cook on HIGH for about 1 hour or until biscuits are cooked through.
