  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 1/2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • 2 cups baby spinach
  • 12 oz egg noodles or pasta of choice, cooked separately

Instructions

  1. Prepare the ingredients: Chop turkey bacon, dice onion, and mince garlic.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook chopped turkey bacon until crispy; set aside.
  3. In the slow cooker, combine chicken, cooked turkey bacon, diced onion, and minced garlic.
  4. In a mixing bowl, blend cream cheese, sour cream, chicken broth, Dijon mustard, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until smooth; pour over chicken.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
  6. Stir in spinach during the last 30 minutes of cooking until wilted.
