  • 4 cloves garlic, minced

  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 1 can (14 oz) tomato puree
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • Salt and sugar to taste
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons plain yogurt
  • 2 garlic cloves, finely minced or grated

Instructions

  1. Marinate the chicken: Combine yogurt, lemon juice, spices, minced garlic, and salt in a mixing bowl. Add chicken; coat well and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Prepare the sauce: Melt butter in a cast iron skillet over medium heat. Sauté chopped onion until translucent. Stir in tomato paste and cook for 2 minutes, then add tomato puree and simmer for 10 minutes.
  3. Cook the chicken: Add marinated chicken to the skillet; cook until fully cooked (15-20 minutes). Stir in heavy cream and chili powder; simmer for another 5 minutes.
  4. Make the garlic drizzle: Mix mayonnaise, yogurt, remaining minced garlic, and lemon juice until smooth.
