  • 68 croissants
  • 16 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 8 oz lump crab meat
  • 4 oz claw crab meat
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese (shredded)
  • 1/2 cup sharp white cheddar cheese (shredded)
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup minced shallot
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley (chopped)
  • 1 tbsp chives (minced)
  • 1 tsp garlic (minced)
  • 5 tbsp melted unsalted butter
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese with lump and claw crab meat. Add shredded mozzarella and sharp white cheddar.
  3. Stir in mayonnaise, minced shallots, parsley, chives, garlic, and seasonings until well blended.
  4. Slice each croissant in half lengthwise and fill with the creamy crab mixture.
  5. For the glaze, mix melted butter with minced garlic and salt; brush over each filled croissant.
  6. Place on a baking sheet and bake for about 12 minutes or until golden brown.
