  • 12 oz linguine
  • 3 cups broccoli florets
  • 6 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Fresh parsley and chives for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the linguine according to package directions and add the broccoli during the last three minutes. Reserve pasta water before draining.
  2. Season steak with smoked paprika, garlic powder, black pepper, and salt. Sear in olive oil until browned.

  4. Combine cooked linguine and broccoli with the sauce; add reserved pasta water for creaminess. Stir in seared steak and Parmesan.
