  • 1 ounce white chocolate melting wafers

  • Nonpareil sprinkles

Instructions

  1. Prepare your candy mold by placing it on a sturdy baking sheet.
  2. Melt the dark chocolate melting wafers in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth.
  3. Coat the molds with melted chocolate, ensuring even coverage. Chill in the refrigerator for about 10 minutes.
  4. In a saucepan, heat soft caramels and heavy cream over medium heat, stirring until fully melted. Mix in chopped pecans.
  5. Fill the hardened chocolate shells with the caramel mixture, leaving space at the top.
  6. Cap each egg with remaining melted dark chocolate and chill for another 20 minutes.
