  • 90 grams caster sugar
  • 150 grams flour
  • 50 grams cornflour
  • Zest of 1 orange
  • 75 grams chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, cream together the butter and caster sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Gradually sift in the flour and cornflour, mixing until just combined.
  4. Fold in the orange zest and chocolate chips evenly throughout the dough.
  5. Roll out the dough on a lightly floured surface to about 1 cm thick and cut into desired shapes.
  6. Place on the prepared baking sheet and bake for about 20 minutes or until lightly golden around the edges. Allow cooling before transferring to a wire rack.
