8 oz cream cheese (softened)
1 cup powdered sugar
12 oz Cool Whip (thawed)
3 cups cold milk
3.9 oz Instant chocolate pudding mix
3.9 oz Instant vanilla pudding mix
Optional: 2 cups chocolate chips or other toppings
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F.
Press the cookie dough into a greased 9×13 inch baking pan and bake for 14-16 minutes until golden brown. Let cool completely.
In a bowl, beat together cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth; fold in 1.5 cups of Cool Whip.
Spread the cream cheese mixture over the cooled cookie layer.
In another bowl, whisk cold milk with both pudding mixes for about 2 minutes until thickened; spread over the cream cheese layer.
