  • 6 large croissants
  • 12 thin slices deli chicken
  • 12 slices Swiss cheese
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 tbsp everything bagel seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F.
  2. Slice each croissant in half lengthwise and place the bottoms in a baking dish.
  3. Layer each bottom with 2 slices of chicken followed by 2 slices of Swiss cheese.
  4. Place the top halves of the croissants on each layered bottom.
  5. In a bowl, mix melted butter, honey, and Dijon mustard to create a glaze.
  6. Brush the glaze generously over the tops of the croissants and sprinkle with everything bagel seasoning.
  7. Bake for 15-17 minutes until golden brown and bubbly. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
