  • 1½ tablespoons vanilla extract (alcohol-free)
  • 1 cup paradise fruit and peel mix
  • ½ cup chopped pecans
  • ½ cup chopped walnuts

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt; set aside.
  3. In a stand mixer bowl, cream together granulated sugar, brown sugar, and butter until light and fluffy.
  4. Add the egg and vanilla extract; mix until fully combined.
  5. Gradually incorporate the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined. Gently fold in the paradise fruit mix, pecans, and walnuts.
  6. Scoop tablespoon-sized balls of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between each cookie.
