  • 6 medium flour tortillas
  • 1 cup cooked shrimp, chopped
  • 1 cup lump crab meat
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 3 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 3 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix chopped shrimp, lump crab, mozzarella, cheddar, cream cheese, mayonnaise, minced garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  2. Spread the seafood filling evenly onto each tortilla and roll them tightly. Place seam-side down in a greased baking dish.
  3. For the garlic cream sauce, melt butter in a skillet over medium heat and sauté minced garlic until fragrant. Add heavy cream and simmer until slightly thickened.
  4. Pour the garlic cream sauce over the rolled tortillas in the baking dish. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 15 to 18 minutes until golden brown.
  5. Serve hot and enjoy!
