  • 1 lb beef sirloin or strip steak
  • 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 4 oz Velveeta cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • Salt to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the tortellini according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. Season beef with Cajun seasoning. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat and sear the beef until browned; set aside.
