  • 3 quarts water
  • 1 (12-ounce) can beef broth (optional)
  • 3 tablespoons Creole Cajun seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon Old Bay seasoning
  • Hot sauce (to taste)
  • 1 medium yellow onion (sliced)
  • 1 large lemon (cut into wedges)
  • 1 lb baby potatoes
  • 1 lb pre-cooked snow crab leg clusters
  • 11 ½ lbs jumbo shrimp (deveined)
  • 46 ears sweet corn on the cob
  • 2 sticks unsalted butter
  • 10 cloves garlic (minced)

Instructions

  1. In a large stockpot, bring water and beef broth to a boil. Add Cajun seasoning, Old Bay seasoning, hot sauce, onion, and lemon. Boil for about 15 minutes.
  2. Add sliced sausage and baby potatoes; cook until potatoes are fork-tender (15–20 minutes).
  3. Stir in snow crab clusters, shrimp, and corn. Cook until shrimp turns pink (about 5–7 minutes).
  4. In a separate saucepan, melt butter over medium heat with garlic, lemon juice, Old Bay seasoning, parsley, Creole seasoning, smoked paprika, and hot sauce.
  5. Pour garlic butter sauce over seafood mixture on a lined baking sheet and toss to coat.
  6. Serve family-style or on individual plates with extra lemon wedges.
