Hot sauce (to taste)
1 medium yellow onion (sliced)
1 large lemon (cut into wedges)

1 lb pre-cooked snow crab leg clusters
1 – 1 ½ lbs jumbo shrimp (deveined)

In a large stockpot, bring water and beef broth to a boil. Add Cajun seasoning, Old Bay seasoning, hot sauce, onion, and lemon. Boil for about 15 minutes.
Add sliced sausage and baby potatoes; cook until potatoes are fork-tender (15–20 minutes).

In a separate saucepan, melt butter over medium heat with garlic, lemon juice, Old Bay seasoning, parsley, Creole seasoning, smoked paprika, and hot sauce.
