  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 cup milk (more if needed)
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • Salt & pepper, to taste
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup milk

  • 810 medium shrimp, peeled & deveined
  • 1 tsp olive oil

  • Salt & pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Boil potatoes in salted water until tender. Drain the potatoes and mash them with butter, milk, minced garlic, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  2. Pat the salmon dry using paper towels. Coat each fillet with olive oil and sprinkle Cajun seasoning generously on both sides. Pan-sear over medium heat for about 4-5 minutes per side until blackened and cooked through.

  4. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add broccoli florets and cook for about 2-3 minutes until slightly tender. Add shrimp along with paprika, salt, and pepper; cook until shrimp turn pink and broccoli is tender.
  5. Arrange salmon fillets alongside creamy garlic mashed potatoes topped with gravy and shrimp-broccoli saut on a plate. Serve hot.
