  • 1 cup Green Grapes (washed and halved)
  • 1 cup Red Grapes (washed and halved)
  • 1 cup Blueberries (washed)
  • 1 Apple (washed, cored, peeled, and diced)
  • 1 Banana (peeled and sliced)
  • 1 cup Plain Greek Yogurt
  • 12 tbsp Honey
  • ½ tsp Vanilla Extract
  • ½ tsp Almond Extract
  • ¼ cup Pecans (chopped)

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine washed and prepared strawberries, green grapes, red grapes, blueberries, diced apple, and sliced banana (add banana last if making ahead).
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, honey, vanilla extract, and almond extract until smooth.
  3. Gently fold the yogurt mixture into the fruit until well combined. Top with chopped pecans for added crunch. Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to enjoy.
