  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 1/2 cups white cake mix
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 1/4 cup white chocolate chips, plus more for topping
  • 1/2 cup rainbow sprinkles, plus more for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and line cookie sheets with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium bowl, mix flour, cake mix, baking soda, and salt; set aside.
  3. In a large bowl, cream softened butter with brown and granulated sugars until light and fluffy (3–5 minutes).
  4. Add eggs one at a time along with vanilla; mix well.
  5. Gradually combine dry ingredients into wet mixture until just blended.
  6. Fold in white chocolate chips and rainbow sprinkles gently.
  7. Chill dough for at least 1 hour in the refrigerator.
  8. Scoop dough onto prepared sheets (about 1.5 tablespoons each) leaving space for spreading.
  9. Press additional chocolate chips and sprinkles on top before baking.
  10. Bake for 10 minutes or until golden around edges; let cool on wire rack.
