  • 1 lb Brussels sprouts, shredded
  • 1 cup sweet chili sauce
  • Juice of lime
  • 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp avocado oil
  • 1 tsp sriracha (optional)
  • Kosher salt and black pepper, to taste
  • Sesame seeds, for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. 1. Brown the ground beef in a large skillet with green onions, garlic powder, soy sauce, salt, pepper, and optional sriracha until cooked through. Transfer to a plate.
  2. 2. In the same skillet, heat avocado oil and add shredded Brussels sprouts. Season with salt and pepper. Cook until golden brown and tender, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. 3. Return the cooked beef to the skillet with the Brussels sprouts and stir in sweet chili sauce and lime juice until heated through.
  4. 4. Serve hot on its own or over rice or noodles, garnished with sesame seeds if desired.
