Instructions

  1. Peel and slice bananas into 1/2-inch rounds.
  2. On a parchment-lined baking sheet, spread peanut butter on half of the banana slices and top with another slice to create sandwiches.
  3. Freeze sandwiches for at least 30 minutes until firm.
  4. Melt chocolate chips with coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl in short intervals, stirring frequently.
  5. Dip each sandwich into melted chocolate using forks, then place back on the baking sheet.
  6. Sprinkle with flaky salt if desired, and freeze again for about 30 minutes until set.
  7. Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the freezer.
