  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 23 teaspoons cayenne pepper
  • 3/4 teaspoon chipotle chili powder
  • Sea salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a food processor, blend cornflakes, parmesan cheese, smoked paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, and sea salt until fine crumbs form. Transfer to a shallow bowl.
  3. In another bowl, mix beaten eggs with hot sauce. Coat chicken tenderloins in this mixture before dredging in the cornflake crumbs.
  4. Place coated chicken on the baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
  5. For the hot honey sauce, combine honey with additional hot sauce, cayenne pepper, chipotle chili powder, onion powder, garlic powder, and salt in a saucepan over low heat until well mixed.
  6. Drizzle warm sauce over baked chicken and garnish with fresh herbs before serving.
